Ignoring the fact the HB put up a great effort, how did the RDE do that?... And to a LOT no less (*cough* Protect). The lvl 56 DE walked right through both a lvl 55 OT and lvl 60 G. Both teams are fairly even both in record and team level.

Insane amount of first step or what? If so, I gotta stock up on that. You know a DE is good when he's getting to the QB before the hand-off.

Must be the only time he did that because his numbers are very mediocre.

100+ agility, 100+ speed, both FS and TV firing, and he gets off on the first tick (vision/JTS probably)

From what I have seen, the DEs that have it happen most are 100+/100+ agility/speed - 10+/10+ first step and tunnel vision - 60+ vision and 15 jump the snap

It's a flaw in the game.

definately, and part of the problem is the speed burst DEs get when breaking a block added to Bort coding it so that a player can go faster than his normal top speed for a few ticks if he has high enough agility and FS fires.

It would be nice if he cold tackle!
