Strength:101.39 (81 natural)
Speed:72.64 (natural)
Tackling:50.39
Agility:86.39 (79 natural)
Stamina:38.64
Vision:52.64
Confidence:42.64

He is used as a back up right now but looking to start somewhere next season. I haven't spent any points yet in SA's and want to start hitting up the Shed Blocks. Any other pointers would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

I also need my level 40 upgrades so that would push agility to 90.

If speed and tackling were swapped, i'd say he was a beast!

train Stamina with something, or dump some points into it here and there. I'm beginning to think that Stamina is pretty big factor for DL since they are constantly engaging players with super high strength.

natural numbers are nice, but I think I agree with the TACKLING > SPEED thing.

Thanks fellas. The thing with tackling is i have no missed tackles this season so i don't see where dumping more points into it would help.

I would go ahead and cap confidence and stamina then hit shed blocks. At 320 I wouldn't add any more into tackling unless you see him missing tackles. If he were under 300 then tackling would need to be at least 61.

Once confidence and stamina are capped then you are at a good spot to train them again. After shed blocks is up, then go ahead and take speed to 80 or you may want to get break thru up.

It'll take about 5 levels to get SB up. 4 or 5 for tackling, 2 for stamina, 1.5 for confidence.

I don't see any real point in capping confidence. At some point you benefit more by being a better player than by capping numbers. You'll get more fame, possible endorsements, etc. I'd probably start on shed blocks now unless you feel you need more stamina. You can train tackling with jumping. I think it's kind of pointless to wait until you're almost level 50 before even starting shed blocks. It's not like you're losing anything meaningful on level gains. I wouldn't take speed to 80 natural I don't think but you may want to plan to drop 4 SP in before you get to the roll over point for the 5th cap (73.25).

All of your failed chances to make a tackle don't register as a missed tackle. You will get more tackles if your tackling is higher.

Also things like activating Big Hit, forcing fumbles and limiting yards after contact are improved with a higher tackling value.

untrue, 50 is sufficient for tackling, speed is far more important than tackling.
