Here's what my perfect situation would be:
- team needs players to be added or upgraded
- losing record
- reasonable amount of cash
- good amount of stadium built
- access to depth charts
- ability to offer trades
- ability to offer contracts

Don't worry, I'm not the type of person who will go and spend all your money and leave you broke. I know how to keep the team in good financial situation.
