How is he so far? I have 2nd capped catching so far

Softcap speed, then agility, might want to start training stamina.

He looks pretty good.

Don't put any more points into catching until at least level 40.

I'd train agi/vis and try to do vision first. It gets better level up points. Course spd/agi will get you a better player now.

im training agi/vis and capping vision. Should i get vision to 2nd cap before moving to something else?

meh, probably don't need to; certainly can't hurt.
