Yep taking speed to 73 minimum. He is level 29. if he had more stamina/vis/conf I would retire immediately for fucking up his build

Agility should be 110ish, Str 85+
Speed isn't pririoty, I'd probably only bring it to 68

Superior Vision did not seem to be very good on my DE, it's an SA that has to trigger, not a permanently active one..
