Ok, he plays strictly NT, and was doing pretty good against players level 45 (averaging a tackle per game almost).

I dropped down to a capped league, so everyone I'm playing against is now my level, how come my NT is less effective?
I did play some occasional DT and some ST for Plays Per Game while in the higher league.

EDIT: Level 36

EDIT2: I know I need to get my speed and agility up, I'm working on that.
Other than that, which VAs should I get and where should I assign skill points?

I'm far from being an expert but I would think that vision would be a good attribute to consider investment in.

Vision isn't as important for a NT as it is for some of the pass rushing d-lineman. I would soft-cap confidence before vision if your a NT

VA switch to Jump the Snap
AEQ with Break Block %
Get Break Through SA to 10

You've missed out on your opportunity to maximize your natural skillups by investing in SA's so early (I consider investing in SA's prior to 45 to be early) but you can fix some of that by making the 3 above changes.
