Refocus your EQ into strength, get that to the soft-cap, and start working on speed/agi to 48, then take strength to 68 while training carrying.

I agree with the refocus EQ into STR but do you need to work on SPD and AGI this early?
I would do STR to 3rd cap as quickly as you can and intensely train carrying/confidence.
Once STR hits 3rd cap then you intensely train SPD/AGI then you work on getting carrying to 1st cap (or better 2nd cap)
In my opinion, your job is truck over the d-line and line backers and that you are expected to get at least 3 yards on every carry that you get.

well im thinking about not doing much agility, cuz im trying to truck over them, not make quick cuts... ill think bout it =)

Yeah, agility is very important to move really, but if you go with more strength you'll truck them.

at low level I'd put eq into stuff that makes you better presently, then change it later. that would most likely mean eq goes into speed and carrying while you work on strength to 68.
