A lvl 60 should dominate in EEUR AA...but he's just average, below average cuz of that. He's also hella short and fat...so that's not helping your cause. It's just hindering his speed (a little) and alot of that jump is wasted.
You should have just made him into a 70 strength, 100 speed/70 agility guy with no SA's probably.

I couldnt agree more with the SA commentary above. Unfortunately for early GLB participants, SA's LOOKED like magic in a bottle and turned out to be snake oil unless you had solid high base skills and invested to the 7-8 mark or higher. Now we know...unfortunately Bort never gave us an SA reset like he should have.
