Tackling should be the next cap followed by vision. Goal should be spd/agi/str/tck/vis all to second caps. No more SAs.

The SAs are most likely from the Custom EQ and 2 pieces of Adv.

I'll wager all his SPs are used in his build.

OK, then drop the +1 SA equipment and buy normal

You need more speed agi tackle strength
