Warrior General Games

Well, these are kinda last minute, but I thought I would post them anyway. Some of you may have seen me post predictions a few seasons ago in different levels of EE. These are similar, but using a slightly different method. I doubt I'll do these every week, but I may start posting a power ranking or something. Just depends on how much time I have.

I will also start posting score predictions after week 4, using the spreadsheet that many use in GLB. Not the most accurate, but not bad sometimes, and a good conversation starter.

You had a pretty good track record of predicting games a few seasons ago, and it's always fun to compare to actual results. From what I recall the higher the percentage, the more likely the win.

not a bad week considering i only had 2 weeks of games to use. here's what i use:

1. each team gets a power number based on lolbars on matchup screen, using a formula i created
2. a performance rating (i've called this coach rating in the past) is calculated based on how well the team did as compared to the expected outcome using power number
3. adjust each teams power number using performance rating and compare them to get a percentage

the higher the percentage the better the chance of winning. i'm using a slightly different method to get performance rating than in the past, but using the old method, anything above 53ish was usually a lock.

Kraken/Warriors game should have been 100% then.
