Has anyone noticed if there is a correlation between return styles and the number of fumbles?

i set my WR on balance for the first-time in his career and quess what happened?
I did this to see how his strength is doing. he has more than 25 strength. i know it's not that much.
he had his first career fumble. he's a speedster but has the most strength compared to his fellow WR teammates though.
so yes, i say it matters. Power running for strong ball-carriers....elusive for speedster/balance.

Yes 'running styles' is what I meant. My return guy doesn't fumble a lot, but is going up against a fumble forcing monster in a few games.
Thanks for the advice.

interesting. I'm not sure how scientific an example of changing it for one game and seeing a FF really is though.

yeah, you're right it's only one game. i only did that because i knew the team we were playing was way under-leveled.
and my WR was tackled by a safety so it could have been the safety's strength. with a mix of my WR's lack of strength.
we have about 4 more gutted games, so i'm gonna try it set as balance again in those games.
his strength is pushing up to 30....
he's only a level34 WR, i'm hoping he'll be a semi-power/speedster by the time he's in his 50's.

cool. should post and let us know.
I know in looking at it, I might think that running more on 'power' might mean the player would be holding the ball better, but I have yet to see anything about that supports this specifically and I only have 1 player that I use that runs on full power. all my others run between 50-100 towards elusive.
I just think it depends on attributes moreso than the running style.
I could be wrong,hehe.
