I have four pieces:

1) +1 Quick Cut (Upgraded to +5 speed, +3 QC)
2) +1 Head Fake
3) +2 Vision, Fake Chance +5% (Upgraded to +4 Speed, +2 Vision, +13% Fake Chance....will be +5 speed, +2 vision, +15% Fake Chance if I do last upgrade)
4) +2 Catching, Catch Ball Chance +3%

I have enough bonus tokens to upgrade 2 separate pieces entirely so I plan on doing that. Which two should I keep, if any? Rank them. Build is linked.

Ideally I'd like a +Speed, +FS or a +Speed, +QC piece but no such luck.

I would take #1 and search for another one that contains +1 FS

Is fake chance not worth having on a WR then?

I have one piece i upgraded on my WR that has Juke. I have yet to find a FS or a QC. Is juke worth keeping or should i continue shopping as well?

Not for a speed receiver.

It is if you're planning on going fake heavy.

Depends on the build. My WR has 115 speed. He's not a pure speed WR but fake chance EQ is a big part of his success. I wouldn't trade it for anything.
