My WR just hit level 25. He is going to be a speed guy...78/63 right now, but where should I start for VA? I was thinking track star since my speed base is up there, but would the catching VAs be better? Thanks!

your base attributes are too low to take advantage of any of the stat multiplier VAs. VAs didn't come into existence until I was in my high 40's so I don't wanna give any advice besides the obvious I just mentioned.

id start with sure hands

you get to experiment a bit at first and do your homework now, since we get a bit of a VA reset each season. choose something that may compliment your highest attribute, or go along with his SA tree or highest piece of AEQ and compare it throughout the season , using only equally lvld teams of course, and then if it doesn't seem to make a difference in that part of your WR's game along the course of the season, you will be smarter for it and do some more homework in the off season next year.

Since track star was nerfed a couple seasons ago, I'd go with Sure Hands first,
as Cornflakez suggested. Then follow the other's advice.

LOL/ sorry man. didnt mean to piss in anyones cheerios. I think you misunderstood my post.

maybe I should have added this. I think it's fine to take a solid answer from someone on a message board, but it's better to go read as many forums as you can, find out who is active, see who actually has good players or at the least makes points that you can understand and learn from that.

kinda the whole.. give a man a fish VS teaching a man to fish thing?
