I'm looking for a team that has there head on straight and there GMs are not in a learning stage. Your GMs are going to tell me what type of team you are so if you have shitty GMs dont'bother posting a reply. If your team is not organized, dont bother ... If you have some douche talking smack in the forums .. dont bother .. if your financially introuble .. dont bother. If your I see more then 2 people on your team with open builds .. dont bother... get where I'm going!?? Love it or leave it... I've been here long enough to know what I'm looking for ...
End on Day 40 contract ( If I like you I'll stay If I don't then I wont .. pretty simple)
