I've capped my kicking, confidence and vision and I want to focus on one of these skills whilst training the other. What should I pump first?

Agility.
I don't have much evidence to go off of yet... but based on the small amount available to me:
Roughly "control" variables during this test: ~25 Str, 4 big boot, 4 calm nerves, ~120 Kicking, ~70 vision, ~83 Confidence
Through Preseason and Game 1 this season (39 kickoffs) ~33-35 agility -Mean 59.38 yds, Median 59
Game 2 this season (8 kickoffs) - 49 Agility - Kickoff Average 63.375 yards, Median 64
Kicker build is always open: http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1159726

And, without his consent (sorry guy), here's a pretty similarly built kicker but with STR & Agility flip-flopped (~50 Str, ~29 Agility)
Name withheld as I don't want too much info about his build out there without his consent (he has it closed)
Through Preseason and Game 1 this season (58 kickoffs): Mean 61, Median 60
I also dispatched a PM to this guy in hopes that he would provide more information about when he spent his points to make sure my data is correct. I should note his last game was pretty good with a 64 yard average, with 1 touchback (out of 14 kicks)
If anyone has similarly built kickers I'd be happy to do this analysis on them too and we could hopefully get more data.

I don't have the flex to help you test what helps kickoff distance (though I think everyone kinda wants to know), but Strength is no lower than 4th on the list of important FG-making-related attributes.
It's always seemed to me that kickoff distance/avg/touchbacks correlated strongly with just simply having a good FG-making build. That's why I always got confused when people mentioned they'd want kicker depth slots like K1 and K2, one for FGs and one for kickoffs. Ridiculous.

Honestly, I've never put to much thought into my kickoffs, I'm the build that rywagner was refering too, but I have always had decent numbers. I'm more concerned with just making the FG's when the team needs me too. I have always put Vision, Confidence and Kicking above STR however.... If you have any Q's just PM me.

My kicker is a case in point for strength. He was 2/16 CAREER (1/14 from 40-49 alone) from 40+ before I pumped strength (i.e. str about 32 or less).
Post strength pump he's 13/14 40-49 and 3/9 50+
Of course I guess agi could have had the same effect...
