Definatly no more speed. I'd do vision and agility.

Definitly CD, Everything above 10 doesn't really give you an advantage.

Yeah better to have two S.A's really high, than just one super high. I think I would go the Change direction route myself.

I did have a s.s. with 13 SV and loved it. of course his C.D. was 10. CD is really good for defensive players. Like totally for really real good.
