2 AEQ options for my speed WR:

+1 Stiff Arm (does this require strength to fire?)

+1 speed and +1 Route Run

Does route run even work well on speed receivers, or it is only effective on receivers with lower speed/agility?

+1 RR, +1 speed is a good piece. Stiffarm is worthless to you imo...

at what strength would you say stiff arm becomes useful? and will it still fire ocasionally on a running style leaning towards elusive?

If I had a +1 RR and +1 speed piece I'd be unstoppable...

The agility boost from RR may be worthless for acceleration if you are already at the limit, but the speed boost will help on routes.

Speed RR is a money piece.
