I am making my first QB as a Pocket Passer. I boosted to level 4 and so far I have been training in Strength, Throwing and Vision so far. I know confidence is something I'll have to be doing eventually, but I am wondering... how important is speed and agility?

You can hold off on spd/agi for awhile. Once the others are too high to train up then work on it.

Agreed. Speed can really wait until you've got all your other attributes set. Agility helps the speed of your release, I've heard, so that would help a little bit, but the generally excepted pattern is to start training speed/agility at level 40 or so and eventually cap them.

I agree, Squab is right on the money.
