I'm organizing a group of agents for a 2nd generation building project and I want to extend the offer to the rest of GLB.
The plan is to have each agent involved make one player on day 41 of this season. Everyone will stay in the D-Leagues for a season, then join our main team. We will all stay on this team for the life of our careers (hopefully).
The goal here is that we can bring some of the fun back to the GLB experience. By having a group of agents that stick together for an extended period of time, we can expand networks, develop relationships, and enhance the social aspects of this game in general. Also, we can improve upon our players and build better dots.
Ultimately, we hope to get enough people to sustain multiple waves of players every few seasons so that we can combat decline as well.
We already made a first small wave of Special Teams and Mentor players.
I have over 50 agents involved in the project, but several of them may not be making players this wave.
I'd like to extend the offer to you guys to join in this project.
We are holding a draft in the next few weeks to sign up for players, so there's still time to get in on that.
Even if you can't participate in this wave, I'd like to open it up to everyone that might be able to make a player in upcoming waves.
We have a private forum where we are organizing the details of the project and discussing general matters. From there, if you decide you want in, just sign up for the draft and I'll add you as a GM to the team we are building.

Here are the general guidelines for the project though:
1. All agents are expected to invest flex in their players for boosting and custom EQ.
2. All agents are expected to be active participants in the forums.
3. All agents are expected to be decent people (that means half way respectable and intelligent).
