Here is what I am looking for:

1. Well run organization.
2. Team that actually knows how to utilize the TE1/TE2 slot.
3. Level 34 cap team is ideal but I will also consider a level 38 cap.
4. I would like to upgrade all 4 piece of level 32 equipment ($800,000). Not mandatory but, it will be a plus.
5. Don't need to be a starter but at least 20 plays per game. More plays would be a plus.
6. A run heavy team would be a plus. Not mandatory though.


I will boost 3X after joining. If I really like how things are run after a few games, I will also invest in CE. w/ upgraded equipment + CE, it should push my strength to 100.

I've sent a PM with all the details you'd want/need but if you still have any questions at all feel free to shoot me a PM. We run a good 75% of the time and know how to use all 3 of the TE spots to get everyone in. You'd be in on all of our running plays, which is usually around 35-40 a game. All of your equipment will be paid for and we're a lvl 34 cap which is a perfect fit.
