Just wondering where to go with current build. 97 speed just doesn't cut it at speedster, right?

Nope, not even close to enough speed. Time for the balance build. Get your catching to 68, get your other WR attributes to the cap, come back here. That you should give you the solid base to take the next step.

Hey, what's your opinion on confidence? Just wondering...

For balance WRs I'd take confidence to the cap. Other than that, if you are on a .500 or better team and you are making plays, I don't know how big of an issue confidence is. If you are on a bad team, and you aren't making plays. I have to wonder how fast your attributes go into the toilet from low morale during a game. Essentially- if you are catching the ball at a high catching %, then I don't think the WR will get to discouraged. If you can't catch I think the confidence hit is dramatic enough to tank your guy that game after some incompletions.
