Ok Wiseman - I know you are the resident WR guy

I have 12 SPs and 5 more coming the first rollover. I am currently training Carrying/Strength.

I am flirting with these ideas:

A. Cap Carrying Now

B. Work Juke, HF up to become a stronger Elusive WR

C. I have AEQ in First Step, so realistically I could bring it up to 14.

D. Work on Route Running

Any advice from would help, and all advice welcome!!!

The whole diminishing returns after ten thing might sway you. But after watching some of the best WRs in GLB I figure what makes them so great is their ability to get open immediately, which can only be first step, so I would definitely consider that. Other than that, capping carrying would be beneficial. You have a great build, maybe try working agility to 80 eventually, that makes a big difference in route running. Investing in the route run SA could be a cheaper way to do that though. Lots to consider.

To really polish you build though.
-Cap carrying.
-Get Route Run to 5
-Get First Step up a little more
-Agility to 80

I have heard that stregnth helps hold onto balls and will allow less drops.

get yoru HF up. to like 4 natural. cap confidence, stamina, carry. 3rd cap agility if not. train strength up a bunch. You can add to route run too and sticky hands if your catch % is low
