sure tackler and helmet crash are two of the common ones some others ii seen with jackhammer and ball hawk

I didn't notice anything with Helmet Crash fully maxed last season. I wouldn't recommend it. Go with Brick Wall, or if Defense General is high, go with Natural Leader.
