One-Handed Catch doesn't fire enough during the game to make it a desirable SA.

I bought the piece, then rolled a +1 agility, +1 First Step immediately afterwards. #$%&!!!!!

Sold the OHC, and bought the FS. Is it worth sacrificing 4 speed for an extra FS and one agility point?

Well, you need to be able to upgrade the piece so you don't have to sacrifice speed.
