Are you an experienced GM player's agent who wants to jump into a larger role in a team?
We're looking for an intelligent somewhat green GLB player to join our farm system as a Defensive Coordinator. We have a farm system of 4 teams that have ranged Pro down to Cap21 which all run the same defense and we would like to train you to use that defense.

Who are you?
- You're able to communicate via PM and/or email with complete sentences and punctuation (you'd be surprised...)
- You have decent knowledge of defense either through actual real life experience, madden, or similar games.
- If you have little to no GLB GM experience that's cool, in fact we prefer if you're never GMed. We do like you to have had players in GLB for a few seasons however so you understand the game to a certain extent.
What you'll get from us.
- A step-by-step instruction of how to run a tried and true pre-built Defensive-AI system. Don't worry the system revolves around the input logic, there's plenty of room to get creative with play-calling.
- A fast and effective scouting regimen that will let you know what the next opponent's offense will be throwing at you.
- A group of advisers and fellow system DCs available to you who are fluent in that D-AI and willing to help whenever you ask.
- A Head DC position for one of our lower level teams along with a voice in personnel and team decisions
- The ability to move up through the system to the higher ranked teams as you gain experience.
- A GM position on all 4 teams in the farm system
What we require from you.
- A 3-4 season commitment as a GM in our system. We'd rather not spend a large amount of time getting you up to speed just to have you take off for your buddy's team a season later. More than likely once you join us and get to know everyone you'll want to stay on permanently anyway.
- A Game plan and tactics post for every game your team plays. Now that post might be a quick 2 minute jobber if you're expecting a blowout, but it may require you to write out a 2 paragraph explanation of what your D will be doing that game versus a tough rival team. Game plan posting and prep is the cornerstone of our teams' relative success.
