I have a slow built CB, that I would like to get on a lvl 13 capped team. His speed is capped at the 3rd lvl and agility will follow next.
I'm looking to get him on a team as both the sole KR and PR. His speed will make him a special team MVP in most leagues and help bolster any offense. Will boost him as soon as I get him on a new team.
