Yes the pee-wee league is now like all the other leagues ||(Top Teams) - Gold League || (good teams/returning) - Silver League || (brand new owners/teams) - Copper League. You move up based on how you perform the season before.

Copper is for the new teams, silver for returning teams, Gold for the best teams

It will likely take a season or two to actually have the top teams up in Gold and good teams in Silver, but it's certainly a step in the right direction.

Silver will still be populated with terrible teams who have renewed unless Bort gives owners incentive to do well in the Pee Wees and to keep their teams.

The best teams will still be at the top of silver and in Gold, but there will be a lot of scrub matches in Silver.
