And to be brutally honest, do you want an agent who is going to make their decision solely based on money? As an agent, I don't care about the money as much as I do the team; a competitive team with a great group of agents, an active forum, and solid ownership is the only thing that concerns me. As a GM, I would rather have 55 players with that kind of attitude compared with the agent whose main priority is to leave PeeWee with a fat wallet.

any peewee offer that is not for the max salary and bonus indicates to me that they do not know what they are doing and I will likely have to fight for equipment money. I dont really care about the money since my peewees are 1 and dones, but if they cant understand something as simple as peewee finances, they probably wont understand gameplanning either.
