This is an excellent opportunity to get into GMing. The team has good players, high fan rating, developing stadium and a winning culture.
I have OCed this team for two seasons since their inception. We won the conference title in the first season and, despite moving up 3 cap levels, made the playoffs last season. However, I will be devoting more time to another team I OC and would like to bring in new GMs.
I will stay on as a Head Coach and help in every way I can, bringing you up to speed with roster management, Offensive AI, Custom D plays and the D AI. You may scout and recruit yourself or hire other people to do so.
The only thing I ask for is commitment. Saying you're interested and then doing nothing will only annoy me. 30 mins to game plan for each game and 15 mins after each game to write up the game review is not too much too ask.
Oh....and we'll try to have some fun along the way
