Hey guys, sorry if I've missed this question, but does height/weight have any effect on the play of a DT?

yes, the bigger they come the better

OK, so it does make somewhat of a difference. so i would need to switch my DTs to make my bigger DT the NT and my smaller DT, my pass rusher.

Not just somewhat. It plays a bigger part than what Bort originally let on.

i noticed that too.. other teammates with much higher level are almost always equal or worse than my players since i always looked for the right height and weight.. consider that when rolling

My 6'1" 324 DT is a pass rushing terror, my 6'6" 315 isnt quite as good pass rushing, but gets a fair amount of tackles and blocks a good amount of passes at the line.
