i made a front four for a pee-wee team, and i'm going to build it to try to be good against both the run and the pass. what should i intense train first in order to get these guys off to the right start?

Agility + speed until you can push agility to 48
strength + tackling until you've made agility 77 and strength to 48
strength + tackling until you've made agility 77 and strength to 48

for your peewee DTs.
train str/tackling until you can cap str to 48.
train speed/agility until you can cap agility at 48
when youve done both of these, switch to train speed/tackling and push strength until you end the season.
all equipment in strength
you dont need any other stat at that level.

In the pee-wee's, running works and passing doesn't work very well. So your defense, especially the line, needs to be built to stop the run. Work on strength and agility. You can focus more on pass defense in the second season.
