Don't take this as a criticism but why would a good team hire you? You don't have any trophies and the only team that you are a GM for you work with ST. At least let us know your record, have someone vouch that you did a good job or what you plan on doing as OC. For all we know you went 0-48 in your 3 seasons. If you don't have that then you will have to prove it with a team that isn't good yet.
