I boost each season and the salary I am looking for is at least minimum pay for a level 41 (due to boosting).
Also I would ask for my equipment to be paid for. Signing bonuses are nice, but do not need to be necessarily high, if my equipment is taken care of and the team is the right fit.
Nice Level 38 cap offers and uncapped minors also.
If you are a gm that has sent an offer throw me a PM and we negotiate if there is a need.

14/15 in field goals in the playoffs this year. missed 1 50+ FG; however, hit 3 50+ FG in one game (again in the playoffs when it matters the most). Lost in the Championship game.
