no, the peru pirahannas. but that was really back in season 9, and i really didn't have much control as far as players anyway. only 2 guys on the team last season, and then they just went CPU.

Who else keeps logging in every couple of hours hoping to see the new league formats? Ido!

Couple of hours? I just keep hitting "home" every five minutes or so

I was up until 2 AM waiting for something to happen and now I'm back at it this morning...really curious where my team will end up.

Your one of the teams on the fence. Could go into Pro, or could end up in a feeder. From the idea, my team has a chance to get into the feeders because we lost in the first round. Plus, a lot of teams that lost in the play-offs went CPU.

its the same issues as the promotions to the world league. you've got good teams like dharma that will get shut out, even though we'd win alot more in another league. i counted 4 teams that we beat in scrims that went completely undefeated in their leagues.

Yeah while you guys were winning scrimmages we could care less about I was winning 4 gold trophies

Was it worth it?

Finally someone who talks sense! For a while I figured I was the only slightly less insane person on these forums; I just couldn't figure out how a bunch of meaningless scrims were weighted so much higher than actual results.

I have been with Crib for a few seasons and while we have had our share of success, we didn't win the big games last postseason so I will respect the new re-structure even if we are left on the outside looking in. I still consider us a top PeeWee team but look forward to us proving it in S11 and would rather us earn our spot.

You guys likely won't get in vreck. But, you will be a top team like you said and everyone knows you guys have gold trophies. Last season, mjr beat you by a hair but then got blown out by CEP so if you think about it, you guys may not of even made it in had you won your conference, because it's 7 random teams.

It's more than 7, I know 3 teams that won the championship and have not returned, Fight Club, Double Deckers and I forget the 3rd.

Oh yeah, well someone in league 10 forum posted that if you lost in the Championship game, you had a 64% chance of getting in, but those numbers may be higher from all the CPU teams. I'm getting impatient though, he ran the script already to hand out teams to Minors and Casual because I just checked the and leagues are full so I mean when is it Pee-Wee's turn?

I am glad the Destroyers wont make the pros. We will not be as competitive this coming season as in the past season.

i figure around 64% for league runner-ups is correct. of the 25 league champs, it looks like 4 have went CPU which leaves 21 out of 32 spots in the top tier taken.

from the 25 runner-ups, 8 have gone CPU. that leaves 17 teams in the mix for those final 11 spots (64.7%).

of course, that was just a quick scan thru. i could have overlooked one or two.

the alignment may not be perfect the first year or two, but at least there's a way for teams to play up.

The pee wee restructure I had referred to in earlier announcements is ready to go, so in order to get it done with a minimum of errors, I'll be taking the site down again tonight to process it. At the same time, I will be taking the opportunity to do some required database updates so we can get some of the new site additions uploaded.

Once the restructure is finished, I will pass out the remaining CPU pee wee teams.

For info on the pee wee restructure idea we are using, check out this thread:

they were counted, actually. was just easier to throw those in with the "gone CPU" teams lol
