I am looking to create a slowbuild WR, is there such thing? I want to make him a speedster WR to play WR position and KR/PR spot. Please would someone help guide me in a direction to push him. Thanks

whats wrong with his stats? he is tall, 6'3" and very light, good attributes for a speedster Wide Out. he is balanced, between speed and agility and has high stamina.
