I would second cap vision, confidence and speed, and agility is close to the next cap so may do that too

Looks nice. You should decide now whether he goes RG or LG.

RG - more speed, vision. Run Block tree.
LG - more vision, conf. Foundation and Pass Block.

Agility can be trained where it is (in combination with Vis or Spd) to still give good gains.

I'm leaning towards RG but I'm not sure yet, but I have been training agility since the 3:1 cap already.

Which do you think I should go with? L or R?

Since you've already got a bunch invest in the run tree why not go that way. Where are you playing right now?

They have me at LG...but I just signed today and the starting RG only has 60 agility, so maybe I will talking to him. (I have much higher in every attribute actually)

EDIT: Should I put points into pancake SA? Is it really worth it at all?

I don't much care for Pancake SA, but I've seen cases where it seems to do what it says it does.
