Pretty much what the title says. Here is my build so far. I do boost him.

Hes primarily a pass rusher, but I like how hes getting a lot of forced fumbles vs the run lately. Is confidence that important at all? Besides tackling, what else should I work on raising next?

As well as raising the tackling to at least the 48-cap, you need to do three things (possibly 4).

1 - Raise your Agility to be as close to your strength numbers as you can. It'll help you get to the QB and get some TFLs (tackles for loss)

2 - Intense Train vision/confidence while you raise your agility (train speed/tackling afterward)

3 - In Special Abilities, get SHED BLOCK to 9. (a couple points in WALL and BREAK THRU can't hurt

The possible 4th thing is your Veteran's Abilities. You're doing well with the Power Tackler and Pass Rusher. But if Bort ever decides to re-roll VAs again for any reason, get rid of Natural Leader. You don't have any points in D-Line General, so there's nothing to enhance. Switch it for SURE TACKLER. The Workout Warrior isn't really a lot of help though it does help a little. Some points might be better used in JUMP THE SNAP.

You should be putting more pressure on the QB than it looks like you do, looking at your stats. Especially for your level.

I'd show you a vet lvl 59 build of mine, but I just retired him for the flex points.

Confidence is not important for DTs. Focus on power tackler and pass rusher VAs, don't bother with sure tackler or JtS for now. Get speed and agility over 74 natural if not there already. And another 2 points in shed blocks.

Confidence is important if you find yourself getting pancaked a lot and therefore taking a lot of morale hits. Therefore its more important for speed/agility builds than strength builds.

Heavyweight is very good, it's a must for DTs. If you're getting pancaked a lot as a DT you're doing something else wrong.
