Speed for a WR nowadays is kinda one of those "Go all out, or go home" things.
68-73 is plenty in the beginning, because corners and safeties tend to take a more balanced approach. However, later on once the their speed gets a little over 90 they will be as fast as a 100-110 speed WR.

think outside the box.
true.. CB's dont have to have quite as much speed as a WR these days to still have coverage. so what else can you do?
think about it a minute.
you still have to have decent speed, but there are other parts to this picture we have been fed for too long.

My WR will never have more than 90 speed (including equipment.)
However, my agility will also be 85-90

You either need to go through the 5 cap straight away and put every EQ point in speed and 15 point track star to have enough speed to be a speedster OR you can take 68 and let 30 EQ points of speed bring you a great balance build. Either way is good, but just know any speed points in between get wasted.
