Build is open, he has always been very effective at his job. For many years, he simply wasn't thrown at very often, and I always took that as a compliment. He has been a starter and on the same team since he left D-Leagues at start of season 3.

He has been on a losing team for all but 2 years, so I'm going to be looking for a team that is at least competitive. I'm not 12 years old and going to be crying about starting. Just make an effort to get him decent PT and everything is cool.

CE and boosting every year is a given, and he has several spots available to upgrade equipment to help his speed if that is an issue, but the equipment is not a demand, just an option.

Thanks for everyone that has replied. Post has only been here 5 hours and I've had a much, much bigger reaction then I thought I was going to get. I'm going to give it the night, and I'll have a decision by the morning so not to drag it out because I can imagine this recruiting shit has to suck. I'll reply to all of your PM's, and post here once its done.
