I've got 3 levels I can still boost him, curious with this build what I should do with them. I was thinking of getting the super vision SA up, but wondering if I should first get vision up to 68. Could also get speed and agility to 72 base.

And unless you're in man coverage alot that 7 in Shutdown Coverage is a waste. I'd try to replace that with a good SV or CS piece of AE.
