I think you are good to start on Shed block. Good solid build. Honestly, since he does have high strength, I would continue to make the strength even higher as you can.

My DE, only a level or two lower, is a little over 100 strength, and over 70 agility and will have over 70 speed soon. But just at those levels.
Do I wish he had more speed, sure - but he is still 2-3rd in sacks, first in hurries, and man-handles blockers on run plays (great on tackles for loss).

So - if you want him ot be truly dominant as a run stopped and block breaker - get str up more and shed blocks nearer to 10.

If you want him to be a jack-of-all trades, and numbers stay around what they are, he will still get pancaked every so often, will not throw off blockers AS effective (though I am sure he still will), be on the borderline for edge rushing effectiveness - very true if you move on up the ladder of league level where competition is much tougher.

Let's not forget that extremes are what work best in the tool. Extremely fast, or agile, or strong, Those folks stand out. Those that are middle of the road may still contribute, but are they game changers?
