All EQ is in Str.
Agi and Tkl both have training bar at 99%
Should I train it now as to be finished putting points in those categories? Or wait and bring either of them up one more cap before turning over the training bar?
In general what can I do to make him a better NT?

strength is around 80 natural? I'd go ahead and train that, but bring agility up to the next cap before training it. Then speed and tackling to the next cap and he'll be a force.

I'd hold off before turning them into points. Remember, the further capped the get the more you'll get for that training session.

Essentially, if you can get to the 73 cap in AGI, that one training would equal 5 SPs, (one boost). That's pretty sweet for two training tokens. Since you are right on the door step of the 73 cap I'd at LEAST wait for that, but the longer you can wait the better.

If your not going to add any more sps to those attributes then I say train them over now because after level 38 your major skills go up only at a rate of .28 a level and .08 for minors according to wiki .

At that rate getting to the next cap for your agility (69.8 to past 73.25 ) will take you 13 levels just to get that one more sp when you flip it over .For tackling it is even longer its like 19 more levels for it to go from 62.8 to past 67.98 and thats not even doing the math to figure out how many levels sooner you would reach the cap after that by flipping it now which I would ballpark guess to be around 4 .
