Or to ask another way, how high should I get Agility before I equip Spin AEQ? The reason I'm wondering is I could get a second piece of 5% Fake up, and equip Spin later in my player's career if Agility is too low now (currently 68 and pumping).

Thanks!

Good question. I am at 68 Agility and only have the 1 Spin so far. Meanwhile I am looking for that second piece of AEQ and wondering which way to go with it.

a long time ago in a galaxy far far away it was discovered that agility alone will do jack shit for causing spin to trigger

in other words, don't even pursue an answer to this question, but start looking for other factors that increase the usefulness of spin SA

If I were doing a spin build I'd want at least 80 agi.

true, but you also need 2 other skills high for spin.

Okay, pretty sure one has to be Strength. What's the other one? Carrying?

And how high we talking on those two? 3 caps? 4 caps? (Certainly not more!)

Or is it Speed? http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=2687423&page=1

I think it's also based on your base break tackle %. If you increase that, you're more likely to Spin. This means adding carrying and some amount of strength.

Interesting. So, 80 agility, 60 str, 60 carry, and 10% break tackle chance sufficient you think?

For an elusive back, I'd probably try going 74+ agi, 48 str, 68 carry, a lot of Spin, throw 15 VA points into Slippery and Quick Feet, then buy AE with Spin or Break Tackle %. If that doesn't work, then add a bit more str until you get success. I'd say try to keep STR to a minimum until it's absolutely apparent that you need to increase it. This lets you focus on being more elusive.

Of course the rest would be going into speed.
