Not a bad receiving TE, these days nobody wants one though. I'd keep him, give it 2 or 3 seasons, and receiving TEs might be impossible to stop, considering most are made for blocking these days. Might be tough to get signed though.

A level 11 with only speed capped is a terrible build.

If you're questioning, you should definitely retire. He's fixable as is, but retirement is a better option imo especially due to you being able to roll 8s in the appropriate attributes.

Add to that any non-peewee rec TE should start with at least first caps in catching, vision and strength, IMO.
