I found a piece of AEQ for my powerback that gives +1 strength, +1 Dive For Yardage. Is this worth picking up? I have no idea how effective the Dive for Yardage SA is because this is my first powerback.

EDIT - I also found a piece that gives +1 speed, +1 Stiff Arm for my other powerback. Same question: worth it?
