is this even worth my time and money?, i dont really know if SB is a good SA like TV or FS

DT or DE? Definitely take it if you are a DT. It would be worth considering just for the +2 agility if it were a LDE.

well i am a DT, but ATM im still upgrading my Shed block AEQ, and im still saving my bonus tokens, im just not sure if SB is a SA that is as good as shed block or TV or FS

The consensus here is that Strong Base doesnt really work that well. Look through these DE forums to find examples and discussions.
FS, TV or Shedblock are much better.
