I'd do speed before agi. Agi is not going to roll over anytime soon. Speed is much closer.

He could 4th cap Agility with his boosts. <_<

Agility is a primary, speed is not, but at his level natural gains are minimal so it's a judgment call. I'd finish agility if it were me, then pump speed.

If he finishes agility first, how how should he take it before pumping speed?
