no, wait til around level 40 to put into SAs.
keep building primaries and secondaries. 3rd cap agility, btw.

yeah, wait till mid 30's to 40 for SAs. Agility to 68 then vision to 60. Catching should be in the 50s as well. COuld put SP into it to 60. But before any of that get agility to 68.
