Looking for the usual EQ help when necessary, a large contract/bonus is not requared but an active preferable run first team is. Want the HB to start, C not that important to start but min playing time is obviously a must. Only sign 1 year day 40's when looking for a new team. If the first year goes well i will resign to longer deal.
