He's ready to play now, and maybe do well for a team in the A leagues, win a championship, and have some fun. But retire early.
But in the long road, yeah. One, you have a ton of SAs, something you shouldn't touch until your late 30's at least. Second, you should've capped Speed and Agi at least one more time before even thinking of going elsewhere. Agi, probably twice more.
See, Agi and Speed are both major attributes for your DE, so they gained .38 points every level as you were making it to Lvl 29. To take advantage of that they should've been as high as possible. Always work on your majors ASAP to take advantage of "natural gains".
